Student teacher's tasks during internship / ইন্টাৰশ্বিপৰ সময়ত ছাত্ৰ শিক্ষকৰ কাম

 

During Internship , the student - teachers are required to undertake a variety of activities relating to classroom teaching , classroom management , and organisation of school - based and community - teaching . However , for undertaking the activities , the student - teachers are required to develop a repertoire of understandings , competencies , and skills . They have to undertake some activities in the first part of the internship and some other in the second part . A few such activities are suggested below -

(ইন্টাৰশ্বিপৰ সময়ত ছাত্ৰ-শিক্ষকসকলে শ্ৰেণীকোঠাত পাঠদান, শ্ৰেণীকোঠা পৰিচালনা, আৰু বিদ্যালয়ভিত্তিক আৰু সম্প্ৰদায়ভিত্তিক পাঠদানৰ সংগঠনৰ সৈতে জড়িত বিভিন্ন কাৰ্য্যসূচী গ্ৰহণ কৰিব লাগিব।  কিন্তু কাৰ্য্যসূচীসমূহ গ্ৰহণৰ বাবে ছাত্ৰ - শিক্ষকসকলে বুজাবুজি , দক্ষতা , আৰু দক্ষতাৰ এক ৰেপাৰ্টৰী প্ৰস্তুত কৰিব লাগিব ৷  ইন্টাৰশ্বিপৰ প্ৰথম অংশত কিছুমান কাম আৰু দ্বিতীয় অংশত আন কিছুমান কাম হাতত ল ’ ব লাগিব ৷  এনে কেইটামান কাৰ্য্যসূচী তলত পৰামৰ্শ দিয়া হৈছে -)

1. Understanding the Internship School and the community around .
2. Analysis of school syllabus and textbooks. 
3. Observing the classroom teaching of regular teachers. 
4. Observation of classroom teaching of peer student - teachers. 
5. Preparation of case study of the internship school and the innovative activities that the school undertakes. 
6. Preparation of Lesson Plans and Unit Plans. 
7. Teaching the units of the prescribed syllabus in two subjects currently being taught in the school. 
8. Teaching as a substitute teacher. 
9. Mobilisation and development of teaching - learning resources. 
10. Preparation of a question papers and other assessment tools. 
11. Preparation of a diagnostic tests and organisation of remedial teaching.
12. Undertake case study of a child. 
13. Undertake action research project on at least one problem area of schooling. 
14. Community work , community survey etc. 
15. Maintenance of a reflective diary or journal to record day to day happenings and reflections thereon. 
16. Writing a term paper on a selected theme.

5. ইন্টাৰশ্বিপ বিদ্যালয়ৰ কেছ ষ্টডি প্ৰস্তুত কৰা আৰু বিদ্যালয়ে গ্ৰহণ কৰা উদ্ভাৱনীমূলক কাৰ্য্যকলাপসমূহ ৷  
6. পাঠ্যক্ৰম আৰু একক পৰিকল্পনা প্ৰস্তুত কৰা ৷  
7. বৰ্তমান বিদ্যালয়ত পঢ়োৱা দুটা বিষয়ত নিৰ্ধাৰিত পাঠ্যক্ৰমৰ এককসমূহ পাঠদান কৰা ৷  
8. বিকল্প শিক্ষক হিচাপে শিক্ষকতা কৰা ৷  
9. পাঠদান - শিক্ষণ সম্পদৰ সংগঠিত আৰু বিকাশ  ৷  
10. এখন প্ৰশ্নকাকত আৰু অন্যান্য মূল্যায়ন সঁজুলি প্ৰস্তুত কৰা ৷  
11. এটা নিদানমূলক পৰীক্ষা প্ৰস্তুত কৰা আৰু প্ৰতিকাৰমূলক পাঠদানৰ সংগঠন ৷  
12. শিশুৰ কেছ ষ্টডি গ্ৰহণ কৰা ৷  
13. বিদ্যালয়ৰ অন্ততঃ এটা সমস্যাৰ ক্ষেত্ৰৰ ওপৰত কাৰ্য্য গৱেষণা প্ৰকল্প গ্ৰহণ কৰা ৷  
14. সামূহিক কাম, সম্প্ৰদায় জৰীপ আদি ।
15. দৈনন্দিন পৰিঘটনা আৰু ইয়াৰ ওপৰত প্ৰতিফলন লিপিবদ্ধ কৰিবলৈ এখন প্ৰতিফলিত ডায়েৰী বা জাৰ্নেলৰ ৰক্ষণাবেক্ষণ।  
16. নিৰ্বাচিত বিষয়বস্তুৰ ওপৰত টাৰ্ম পেপাৰ লিখা ৷
